Sharpen your skills this December with six focused clinics for JK–12th graders, led by IFHCK coaches.

Program Overview

Program: IFHCK December Clinic Series

Dates: December 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18

Format: Choose from one of the packages. (3 sessions or 6 sessions)

Location: King Louie’s Sports Complex 

Time: 

4:30-5:45 (8th-12th) & JK-4th,

5:45-7 (5th-7th) OR 7-8:15 (5th-7th)

Level: All skill levels welcome (clinic descriptions note focus for each session)

Session Schedule & Descriptions

Dec 2 — Passing & Receiving
Focus: ball control, one-touch passing, receiving under pressure.
Outcomes: Improve first touch, passing accuracy, tempo control.

Dec 4 — Shoot & Save Clinic
Focus: shooting technique
Outcomes: Finishing under pressure, GK positioning, reaction saves.

Dec 9 — 1v1 & 2v1 Attacking Skills
Focus: beating a defender, support angles for overloads.
Outcomes: Creative attacking moves, combination play, decision making.

Dec 11 — 1v1 & 1v2 Defensive Work
Focus: defending in isolation and when outnumbered.
Outcomes: Defensive shape, jockeying, recovery runs, covering/support.

Dec 16 — Attack: 2->5 Play (Attack 25 play — adapted)
Focus: structured attacking patterns, build-up to scoring opportunities.
Outcomes: Pattern recognition, finishing sequences, off-ball movement.

Dec 18 — Small Games
Focus: game-speed decision making via small-sided matches.
Outcomes: Apply learned skills in competitive, coach-led game scenarios.

What to Expect

  • Short technical warm-ups, skill progressions, coached drills, and competitive small-sided games.

  • Each clinic runs a focused curriculum with clear learning objectives and individual feedback.

  • Coaches will provide small group corrections and on-field coaching points.

Who Should Attend

  • Players wanting targeted skill improvement.

  • Goalkeepers: relevant sessions (Shoot & Save) will include GK-specific coaching.

Equipment

Bring: stick, mouthguard, shin guards, water bottle, appropriate shoes for indoor turf.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.

Uniform: Any Pennie and shorts
