Why Play Indoor Field Hockey?

Indoor Field Hockey is a great opportunity for players to hone individual skills and get creative with ball play. The speed of the game is fast. Over the course of the season, players will:

  • Improve their ball control and stickwork

  • Become better strategic players

  • Continue to develop skills and stay in shape during the offseason.

How is it Different from Outdoor Field Hockey?

Indoor Field Hockey has a smaller playing field, and only six players (including one goalie) as opposed to eleven players (with a goalie) that outdoor field hockey has.

The sidelines are replaced by solid barriers so the ball rebounds and remains in play. It’s fast and fun - the perfect way for players to keep their skills sharp during the offseason.
